Ashley Nicole is a Speaker, Philanthropist, Cleric, and CEO of Proud of You Girl Ministries, LLC and founder of Mind Over Matter Youth Empowerment. She has created through both organizations, the capability to provide diverse groups of women with the wisdom, clarity, resources, and preparedness, quintessential for their life’s excellence.  Proud of You Girl functions to equip both men and women of all ages and various walks of life, with the tools needed to activate their God-given gifts and entrepreneurial desires by assisting with starting up his or her own organization and/or business.   Ashley Nicole guides the entrepreneur through operational endeavors and approaches necessary to run a successful organization.  Mind Over Matter Youth Empowerment provides leadership, guidance, and the mentorship needed, in equipping teen girls with the tangible opportunity of both reshaping and developing their mindsets to grow beyond the trauma of both, past and current circumstances, into a permanent stance of victory over situational, and environmental opposition. 

Ashley specializes in empowering women to live out their God-intentioned purpose through a focus centered around character development, self-realization, confidence, and the cultivation of both social and life skill sets; all geared toward giving young women the inspiration to fully embrace their reality, and to initiate and maintain positive perspectives.

Though the sui generis of Ashley’s heart for the world takes its seat with the women she serves, it also stands in the presence of many more.

Ashley’s Mantra is simple: She has the “gift” of experience, through which God has granted her a strong spirit of empathy not only to understand one’s situation, but also to dismiss any judgment that typically coincides.

In accommodation to her incredible ethic as a servant leader, Ashley Nicole has displayed a sincere respect for higher education. She is a licensed minister and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from UAB, an MBA from Strayer University, and a master’s in education with a concentration in Instructional Leadership. Honored greatly for her philanthropic efforts, Ashley has been awarded as an Emerging African American Leader within the Community; in the southeast region and is often highlighted for the many charitable events and drives curated through her organizations.

When Ashley Nicole is not out creating better ways for humanity to function amidst the unavoidable changes of life, she is a devoted mother, sister, and friend.
